46 axle lines SPMT self propelled modular transporters for 663 ton BP secondary dehydration Tower, compatible Scheuerle SPMT
CHINA HEAVY LIFT manufacture 46 axle axle lines SPMT Self-propelled Modular Transporters and PPU power pack unit (DEUTZ 360kw engine), compatible with Scheuerle SPMT, completed the transportation project of 663 ton secondary dehydration Tower for BP chemical limited company in Zhuhai, Guangdong province, south China by GPEC.
Secondary dehydration tower Dimensions 58.44m×8.6m×9.5m, weight 663.4 tones. whole journey was about 10 kilometers from Gaolan port to the BP Company. GPEC wisely chose the 46 axle lines CHINA HEAVY LIFT SPMT Self-Propelled Modular Transporters to overcome the restrictions of overall dimensions, overweight and saddle position.
It is extremely difficult to arrange the route for transporting this heavy gauge secondary dehydrating tower by SPMT Self-Propelled Modular Transporters. The project team held several meetings to finalize the safest, technology-combined solution and arranged the commissioning of the SPMT.
The successful transportation of the secondary dehydrating tower obtains accordant recognition by the BP owners and experts in GPEC. This project has proved that CHINA HEAVY LIFT SPMT can do well in not only the normal onsite job, but also the complicated and sophisticated oversized transportation. CHINA HEAVY LIFT and GPEC have also acquired valuable experience for the following HZMB HongKong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project of 3500 tones transportation mission. People have also paid more trust and confidence in Chinese manufacturer SPMTs Self-Propelled Modular Transporters.
